The House
The residence on Inis Saimer, built in the mid 1800's,
is very spacious

The house has a very large attic with development potential. The house is connected to the national electricity grid
(also to be connected to fibre optic broadband),
mains water supply, and has its own septic tank.
The island also has an outbuilding for storage,
with both single and double doors.
